Invest in Your Talent Acquisition Team—Get Them Certified on the Phenom TXM Platform

If you didn’t know already, Phenom People offers three software certifications for our Talent Experience Management (TXM) platform within the Phenom Explorer Training Academy. After your employees log in and select their relevant certification learning path, the Training Academy presents a curated list of courses that were carefully selected to prepare them for the corresponding certification exam and continued success with the Phenom TXM platform.

It gives employees the feedback they’re looking for while leadership starts to get the measured results they’re expecting.

Identify a valuable certification program.
