#HRTechConf preview

Phenom People will be heading to the upcoming HR Tech Conference on October 18-21 in Las Vegas and we wanted to give you a few ways you can learn more about Phenom People and make the most of your HR Technology Conference experience.

The HR Tech Conference is THE place to see the latest, greatest and coolest HR software. There is no better place to touch, compare and contrast the latest solutions from leading vendors in every category, as well as start-ups.

This year’s agenda is packed with a record number of tracks and concurrent sessions. There are as many as 10 sessions running at a time, which brings us to our first tip. We recommend that you spend time prior to the conference thinking about which sessions you plan to attend. You also want to be sure to give yourself time to explore the Expo Hall and take in vendor demo sessions. You can download the HR Tech Conference app to help plan your agenda and keep you on track.

The conference kicks off with pre-conference workshops on Sunday, October 18th and concludes Wednesday, October 21st. The conference is in it’s 18th year and offers 2 outstanding keynotes, thousands of live demos and so much more.

Don’t miss out on discovering amazing new solutions by only talking to people and vendors that you already know. Say Hi to anyone! The expo is a great chance to network with vendors, influencers and anyone you want to talk to! Be ready to talk and listen to the over 4,000 attendees surrounding you, because sharing questions, ideas and experiences is the point.

Don’t forget that the expo is more of a marathon than a sprint. We wouldn’t recommend attending every vendor party after a long day of sessions. Don’t forget to pack comfortable shoes, a backup phone battery pack, cash for taxis and outfits that can easily transition from daytime to happy hour. The conference is in Vegas after all so when planning what to pack its all about the balance between work and fun.
