IAMPHENOM Gives Back: Marquis’s Story

Marquis Maines is Phenom People’s digital marketing designer where he takes pride in all of his work; executive headshots, recording of pivotal meetings and events, showcasing the company’s core values, and creating promotional video content for IAMPHENOM.

He is a true vigilante of his work, and that passion spills over into his personal care for others.

Born and raised in one of the most dangerous cities in the U.S., Cleveland, Marquis has experienced untold truths of crime and poverty. He’s seen the cruelty and unfair conditions that come to those who deserve a real shot at a better life.

Before Phenom People moved from its old office in Horsham to our current one in Ambler, Marquis wanted to do some good for the community. With only 10 days to go before the official move out date, he let his philanthropy run wild and began a fundraiser to collect 100 pounds of clothes in 10 days.

In that short amount of time, Marquis and employees at Phenom People managed to gather over 200 pounds of clothes from our headquarters and Canada office locations! He then took those bags directly to families in need throughout Philadelphia and Ambler.

Check out his self-produced video explaining more about why he does what he does.

At IAMPHENOM, he will take the stage to explain more about his passion to donate and help those in need.
